Programme Description:
The aim is to train students to meet the dynamic needs of Ghana’s banking and financial services and offer the requisite guidance to their clients in the best practices and effective approaches to operate their businesses for profit maximization.

The following are the employment prospects for students on the programme:
Able to set up and/or manage small businesses.
Manage other people’s businesses
Work as project officers and evaluators for the financial institutions
Be consultants for SMEs
Be marketing executives, agent and conversers for the financial institutions
Work in Non-governmental/ civil society organizations
Be business development officers in the banking sector.
Admission Entry Requirements
Eligible candidates must possess one of the entry requirements below:
Passes in four subjects at the SSSCE/WASSCE/ GCE ‘O’ level.
Mature Students: Must be 25 years old with legitimate documentary proof which is at least five years old at the time of application, must pass Mature Students’ Entrance Examinations conducted by KsTU, may have to attend, and pass an interview. Evidence of working experience will be an added advantage.
